When a tennis player goes to a tournament, he needs to warm up before the match. It turns out that depending on the location of the tournament, the facilities, the weather, the warm-up will therefore vary according to SPACE and TIME. Either the player has space (athletics track or football field, etc. nearby), or he does not have space (small clubhouse and weather not allowing him to warm up outside ). In addition, depending on the match schedule, the player will have time or not at his disposal. Considering these parameters, we propose below four typical examples of heating according to SPACE and TIME. The exercises can vary, but the purpose of this article is to show that whatever the conditions, it is always possible to warm up.
