Physical training
Outdoor physical training:

In this period of confinement, it is difficult to find space to train.
If at the bottom of your residence, you find a sufficiently large place, then these exercises specific to the tennis player may interest you.

Training with a rhythm ladder:

In this period of confinement, we do not have the appropriate equipment. However, with a few little tricks, it is possible to find solutions, and therefore to train.

Marches and containment:

In the continuity of the physical program presented above, I present to you exercises with steps, which you can perform at your place of residence. See video below. The steps I used are a bit complicated. Try to find straight, straight steps. Good training ! Celine Duvere
Practice tennis against a wall:

During this period of confinement, if you have a tennis racket, a ball, a wall in your garden, your residence or near your home (within 1 km, with authorization, and taking care not to practice more than 1 hour), you can then perform these small exercises.
Training with an agility grid, octagonal hoop and mini hurdles:

In this period of confinement, we do not have the appropriate equipment. However, with a few little tricks, it is possible to find solutions, and therefore to train.

Whatever physical activity you practiced at the time of confinement, you have or will practice table tennis and badminton.
I therefore ask you to look at the documents below.
Subsequently, MCQs concerning these activities will be put online. I will send you a message to let you know. Soak up this knowledge for now.
Table tennis :

Currently you practice table tennis. You can therefore consult this document, in order to answer a MCQ and thereby acquire knowledge. Click here.
Badminton:

Currently, these classes practice badminton. So you will find a glossary of terms used in this activity, and the basic rules. Click on the corresponding terms to access the relevant documents.
Only for classes 6C - 5B - 3B
Classes 6C and 5B Gymnastics:

Currently, you practice gymnastics. You will find below the specific contents of some workshops. These contents are relatively simple. I ask you to memorize the sequences, you will be evaluated when we meet in college. This will be a knowledge assessment. Do not perform these exercises at home, you need specific equipment.Click on the diagrams below to access the corresponding file.

Currently, you practice STEP. Without material, you will create a choreography, using the resources proposed in the document "Step 3B", and the document "Choreography sheet" attched.

Challenge: Train in connection with your college

Goals :

- Keep in touch with your teacher, therefore with the college
- Practice a physical activity to keep in shape despite the period of confinement
- Set up a challenge, which consists of carrying out several exercises, filming yourself and sending it to Ms. Duvéré
